Planning Sophia & Erik’s wedding was an absolute dream. Sophia initially hired us for partial planning, but later brought us on for full planning services after she realized she needed more help. The ceremony location, perched on top of Vail Mountain, was nothing short of breathtaking. With the crisp mountain air and the stunning panoramic views, the whole day felt magical. The weather was perfect—bright and sunny, with the sun casting a warm glow over everything.
After the ceremony, guests downloaded on the gondola to the ski lawn. Under the elegant tent at Arrabelle Square, we created a serene and timeless atmosphere with beautiful blue and white details. Sophia’s taste was timeless and sophisticated. From the hydrangea to the soft linens, everything was meticulously planned to complement the beauty of the mountain backdrop. The 3 tier vintage style lambeth cake was a shows topping moment in the tent.
The day unfolded effortlessly, with every moment reflecting the love and joy of the couple. It was a celebration of both nature’s beauty and the couple’s special bond, and being part of it made the planning process feel truly rewarding.
